TRAINING
Gill has developed a portfolio of training
skills since the mid 1970's, offering tailored programmes
that are usually part of wider management development initiatives
within client organsiations.
Training groups usually consist of between six and twelve
people. Gill supports all levels in organisations, particularly
middle and senior management groups.
TEACHING
Gill is an experienced academic having taught Human Resources
topics, interpersonal skills, learning skills, creativity
and competence development to MBA groups, Doctoral groups
and executives on senior management programmes. Teaching group
size includes both small, large
(90+) academic groups and conferences
for 360 plus delegates.
